Malahierba is a women’s clothing line, designed and produced locally in Barcelona (Spain.) Founded by us, Marijo Torres and Jesús Moreno, the clothing combines our experiences in design, styling and artistic direction to create unique, beautiful garments for remarkable people.

Our inspiration comes from many places. It comes from the bustle of the city and our favorite artists, we are inspired by our personal experiences.  Silver screen heroines, strong women, and afternoons with friends all make their way into our designs. 

Perhaps the most distinguishable part of our line are the original prints. Each season we create new prints that are incorporated into the clothing. The graphics allow us to transmit our concept in an original way. Each season, we create limited edition tees, which like lithographs come with a number in order to identify and differentiate each tee.

We launched Malahierba in the spring of 2007 at “Bread and Butter” in Barcelona. The clothing is sold to boutiques primarily in Spain, but is found in stores throughout Europe. Malahierba is designed and manufactured locally in Barcelona, where we are committed to supporting local businesses and are able to be involved in every detail.
